Weve developed a suite of premium Outlook features for people with advanced email and calendar needs. To check, select the Tools tab, and move the slider to Online.Expand your Outlook. If email continues to sit in your Outbox, you might be offline. Tip: If you don't see the sidebar, click View > Sidebar. The Outbox appears at the top of the sidebar only when messages are waiting to be sent. When you're online and email works normally, you won't see the Outbox.Both names are highlighted in orange with a white question mark. If Jo opens the meeting request and looks at the To: field in Outlook 2011 in HER inbox, the name shows as "Lastname Steve ". If Jo opens up the meeting request email in Steve's inbox, the To: field shows "Lastname, Steve" which is how the display name is set on the Exchange server.4. Jo gets a copy of that meeting request.3. My email address is at a completely different FQDN.2. I send a meeting request to Steve's email address.
Changing the Directory Lookup URL within Outlook 2011 to the FQDN.3. Deleted, created, rebuilt the various identities on the Mac.2. If Jo makes accepts or declines the invitation in HER inbox, the message gets stuck in the outbox and the Outlook logs an HTTP 500 error for every mail send attempt.What I've attempted to resolve the problem:1. Opening the contact for "Steve" doesn't do anything.5. Opening theContact for "Lastname" shows a completely different Exchange user. Outlook 2011 Outbox Install And Before(The download of Office 2011 available to me is Post-SP2. Set up a new Exchange account before and after reinstall and before and after installation of latest Office 2011 updates. (Although I must have missed something because Jo's open windows and position were retained.)6. Followed instructions ( here) to completely remove Office and reinstall. Created a new Mac user and tested from there. Searching for names in the company directory seems to work fine.4. Cooper black swash italic font freeMac and PC Outlooks are configured to use Outlook Anywhere.* I have tested on another Mac running Outlook 2011 14.2.1. This is a satellite office. I cannot test this, at least right now.)* The Exchange server (2010 inside SBS 2011) is not on-premises.
